MediApp is an app based digital health record management platform for chronic diseases, offering online history management, appointment with fees management, patient symptoms management, online messaging system which support pictures, video and audio files collaboration, and report sending system. MediApp is a platform for patients suffering from chronic diseases where they can interact with the doctors without visiting their clinic. Patients can take appointments from doctors and can upload documents related to their previous medical history, so that doctors can easily understand their current condition and treat them accordingly.
